You will now need to install an activeX control which will then give you a login page - enter username "customer" in lower case and password "allplas" also in lower case. When you have logged in you will have control of our
Camera 5 is the best one but we have let you see camera 4 as well which you can or should be able to control via the PTZ. This should allow you to go left/right up/down and zoom etc.
